WLCA received an email from Chris Varga. Chris once again this year has been instrumental in preparing the Vankoughnet outdoor skating rink, which is now open. It is located in the Park directly across form the Village Square. Chris has done an awesome job the last several years with assistance form local supporters. We had a great first skate! Over 20 people showed up. Not bad for the first skate of the year. I guess people like the rink. ;)
It was amazing to see how excited the kids were to get on the ice. Most of them stayed for hours.
